When we say “you, your” etc., we mean the person using the site. When we say “our, we, us” etc., we mean SJ Beardsley & SM Leys trading as Style Bundle. Please note that by using this website or entity you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Your Rights
All goods supplied to you by us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and may also be entitled to compensation for loss or damage. You are also entitled to a refund or replacement for a minor failure unless we elect to repair the goods at our expense. You may also be entitled to remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law if any services supplied to you fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, guarantee, warranty, right or liability conferred on you by law and unable to be negated or modified by contract and to the extent that any of these Terms and Conditions would (but for this provision) exclude, restrict or modify any such condition, guarantee, warranty, right or liability it is invalid and unenforceable. Save in relation to claims under the Australian Consumer Law, our maximum pecuniary liability to you in connection with or in relation to your use of our site and the purchase of products from us is limited to the aggregate of the amounts you have paid us for the goods or services.The site may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us and for which we are not responsible. You agree that no representation or warranty is made by us in connection with those other websites and that the provision of the links does not indicate, expressly or impliedly, that we endorse the site or the products or services provided at those sites.
Prices and payment
You agree to pay for all products and services you order. Price provided in the online shop does not include delivery. Delivery Australia wide incur additional charges which will be be clearly stated when you add a product to the ‘cart’ and you enter your details at checkout.We currently do not ship outside of Australia. The price of products and services we offer may change without notice from time to time, but we will never change the price of anything you have already ordered and/or paid for. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. All prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Payment by card may be subject to processing fees, but if applicable you will be informed of these prior to finalising your purchase.
Ordering
By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the subject products and services from us. You are not permitted to withdraw an offer or order any products for resale to a third party. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer you make us for any reason, including but limited to if the products requested are not available, payment is not processed successfully, we suspect your order is for commercial purposes, there is the possibility of fraud or there is an error in the price or description of the product you want to buy. Each offer you make and which is accepted by us creates a separate and binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the relevant products. For us to fulfil your order, we need some information from you including your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details. Please be aware that we do not deliver products to PO Box addresses.Purchase of Alcohol Style Bundle supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor Licence 36164802. If ordering bundles containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. Couriers may ask for proof of identity and/or age.
Availability & variation of product
Only a limited number of bundles are available due to the exclusive nature of some of the items. The shop will be updated when particular bundles or products are no longer available, stating that the bundle has ‘sold out’. In some instances there will be the option to ‘pre-order’.In the event that we reject an order, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded in full as soon as reasonably practicable. You will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement of the rejection and refund. We also reserve the right to on some occasions to provide substitute product of equal or greater value dependent on stock availability. We will always inform you if this is going to occur.
Product care
Due to the nature of the material used and the hand-made element of the items, many of our ceramic, fabric, leather, sheepskin & sea-grass products are unique and therefore every item is slightly different. When we state measurements please be aware this could differ ever so slightly for each product. All weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.CERAMICS, MARBLE & SLATE – Some of our ceramics and individually hand-made which is what makes them so unique and special. We recommend that all ceramics are hand-washed in warm gentle soapy water without scrubbing and NOT placed in the dishwasher. Copyright and trademark notice This site is owned and operated by us. Unless otherwise specified, all material appearing on this website, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons and images, photographs, graphics, typefaces and other material as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof (collectively “Content”) is subject to applicable copyright laws. All audio and video clips are our sole property. You may use the Content only for the purpose of shopping on this site including placing an order on this Site and for no other purpose. No Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means whatsoever without our prior written permission. Release & indemnity
You waive, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims that you have now or may have against us that are connected with, arise out of, relate to or are incidental to the use of our website or products purchased from us. You agree to indemnify us and to keep us indemnified from and against any claim, loss, damage, tax, liability and/or expense that may be incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any of our products. We are not liable to you for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, remote or incidental damages or for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of opportunity, increased financing costs, or any failure to realise anticipated savings or any type of commercial or economic loss.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
Video Messaging
By adding a video message to your gift, Style Bundle won’t share or send your video to anyone outside of the shipping address on the order linked to that video message. Style Bundle print a QR code for your gift recipients to scan and watch your video message when opening their gift. Style Bundle take no responsibility for your video message sharing once your order has left our warehouse.
Requesting a ‘SAMPLE’
Email hello@stylebundle.com.au to request a sample bundle from Shop the Range or Create your Own. Limit to one bundle per office/business. Bundle contents as close to stock as outlined in the “catalogue” as possible. The sample will be unbranded and charged at the 5-29 volume bundle price. In addition, there is a shipping and handling fee of $25 + GST. For branded samples there is a $150 + GST charge. This is rebatable against a future order of the same bundle with Style Bundle within 6 months.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF FOOD ITEMS?
At the time your order leaves our warehouse, we ensure there is at least 3 months shelf life before expiry on all food items included in your gifts. Please be sure to gift to your recipients within 3 months of receiving your gift bundles to ensure the validity of all food items. Following this period, Style Bundle are not responsible for any food items that expire more than 3 months after being shipped from our warehouse.

REWARDS PROGRAM
Style Bundle’s Rewards Program allows customers to earn points that can be accumulated and redeemed for discounts on future online orders. Points are not earned on custom client products, Collection products, or Platform products. The program is available exclusively to customers who purchase directly through our online store and does not apply to Bespoke or Offline orders. Points cannot be backdated, and all earning conditions apply only to purchases made from Thursday 7th August, 2025. Customers must be logged into their account at the time of purchase to earn points—failure to do so will forfeit any eligibility for points on that order. Style Bundle reserves the right to manually adjust points on any customer account at its discretion and may modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
SEND DIRECT TO RECIPIENT
For gifts that are to be sent direct to the recipient, these can still be purchased as a bulk order through our website, and when proceeding through the checkout select the shipping option ‘Send Direct to Recipient which will calculate the cost of individual shipping. You can then complete our and we’ll do the rest.
